Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Premium includes a trial at signup (see the note under the plans for exact terms). A payment method is required at checkout; cancel before you are charged.
What happens after the trial?
You drop to the free tier (1 bank connection, manual sync). Connections beyond that one are paused, and if you leave them paused we email you a reminder and then remove them after 30 days, so you would reconnect those banks if you came back. Your spreadsheets are untouched either way. You can upgrade anytime to restore full access.
Can you cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings and you keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Which banks are supported?
We use Plaid, which supports 12,000+ banks and credit unions, including all major US institutions like Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, and most US credit unions.
Does your data live on Sheetful's servers?
Your spreadsheet in Google Drive or OneDrive is the portable copy you control and can export anytime. To power sync, categorization, and your dashboard, Sheetful also keeps a copy of normalized transaction data, deleted when you delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
