Sync Now shows a sync that is already running
When a sync started by a CSV import or the daily schedule is still writing, the Sync Now button reads Syncing... until it finishes.

Disconnect asks first
Disconnecting Google Sheets or Excel now asks you to confirm. Your files stay in your Drive or OneDrive either way.

Sync Now waits for your spreadsheet
Sync Now now keeps going until your spreadsheet has been written, not just until your bank has answered.

A cut-off sync says so in the sync log
The sync log now notes a run that was cut off while updating your spreadsheet, including runs that found new transactions.

One click on Update is enough
If a sync is still finishing when you click Update, Sheetful now waits for it and starts your update on its own.

A fuller date filter, and two small fixes
The Transactions date filter now includes the whole end date, the Expense Analysis template's latest-month figures read as currency, and a refused CSV upload no longer sticks the Upload button.

Weekly sync on Free, Debit and Credit CSV files, and a template update
On the Free plan Sheetful now syncs your bank once a week on its own, CSV files with separate Debit and Credit columns import both ways, and every template has an update.

Import a CSV from the Transactions page, and a bank's purpose set for you
Import CSV now sits beside Sync Now on Transactions. A new bank starts as business or personal based on the template you chose, and you can change it on the bank's card.

A quick check before you change where your transactions go
If you connect a spreadsheet or change where your transactions go more than a few minutes after signing in, Sheetful asks you to sign in again first. Exports already work this way.

Your business choices reach your spreadsheet
Mark a transaction as business or reimbursable and the Business Expense Tracker picks it up on the next sync. Search by amount, and find categories faster in an alphabetical list.

Schedule C lines fill in for common business expenses
On the Business Expense Tracker, Sheetful now assigns a Schedule C line to common business categories as transactions arrive, and you can change the line on any business transaction from the Transactions page. A line you choose in Sheetful is written to your spreadsheet on your next sync.

File a merchant your way, every time
Tick a box when you change a category and Sheetful files that merchant your way from then on, earlier transactions included. Your spreadsheet catches up on the next sync.

Edit categories on any plan, and name where a CSV import came from
Change any transaction's category on any plan, and your sheet picks it up on the next sync. Name a CSV import and that name shows in your Account column.

Cleaner descriptions, and a Debt Payoff table that keeps up with your balances
Wire transfers, internal transfers, and airline tickets now read as the merchant or the transfer instead of a raw reference number, and an Excel Debt Payoff workbook's balances follow your accounts instead of freezing at creation. A merchant name or account label correction can now reach the matching row going forward.

Clicking Update now updates every spreadsheet that needs it in one go, and leaves a record of what it did. A row for a transaction your bank later withdrew no longer lingers in your spreadsheet forever.

Update sheet keeps your edits, and sync status that tells you what happened
Accepting an Update sheet banner now keeps the assets, holdings, and rows you typed in yourself. The Sync Now button, the activity feed, and each spreadsheet's status now say what actually reached your file, including when a file is in the trash or needs you to sign in again.

Corrections that reach your spreadsheet, and categories that make more sense
A corrected amount or a changed category now updates the row already in your spreadsheet, transfers between your own accounts are filed as transfers on both sides, and your bank's detail gives you more precise categories.

Reconnect buttons, honest sync messages, and imports that show their work
When your bank or your spreadsheet needs you to sign back in, Sheetful now says so, with a button and one email instead of a stale sync date. Sync results and imports tell you plainly what happened, and syncing several spreadsheets no longer runs into Google's limits.
