Why Sheetful
- Your transactions land in a Google Sheet or Excel workbook you own and can export at any time.
- Write your own formulas and build your own views instead of working inside someone else's report.
- $79/year, and that is the whole ladder. Monarch Core is $99.99 and there is a $199 Plus tier above it, as of August 2026.
- Premium has no cap on bank connections, so every account in your household lands in the same spreadsheet on one subscription. Nothing is priced per seat.
- A free tier that runs on your real transactions, so you can judge the product before you pay.
- Merchant names are cleaned and categorized as plain text, so the sheet stays filterable.
What Sheetful does not do
- No second login. Monarch Core includes a partner account; Sheetful has one login per subscription, and you share the spreadsheet itself through Google Drive or OneDrive.
- No native mobile app. Sheetful is a web app, and your spreadsheet has its own apps on every platform.
- No holdings tracking. Sheetful covers bank and card transactions, not brokerage positions.
- Plaid backfills roughly 90 days on connect and syncs forward from there. Older history comes in through CSV import.
- Pre-built dashboards are templates in your spreadsheet, so charts and reports are yours to edit and yours to maintain.
