Corrections now reach your spreadsheet

A corrected amount or a changed category updates the row that is already there. If your bank corrects a pending charge, or Sheetful recategorizes a transaction, that row in your Google Sheet or Excel workbook now updates in place on the next sync, touching only the cell that actually changed. Before, a correction only ever showed up in the app; the row in your spreadsheet kept its original value.
Category edits belong in Sheetful. If you want to change a transaction's category, change it in Sheetful rather than on the sheet itself. An edit made only on the sheet can be overwritten the next time that row's category changes here.

Money moving between your own accounts is now filed as Transfers on both sides, and comes out of your spending and income totals the way a transfer should. This includes transfers from the last 45 days, which get corrected the first time you sync after this update.

Education and Taxes are new categories, counted as Needs in your budget. If you already have a Monthly Budget spreadsheet, it will not show them in its 50/30/20 split until you Rebuild it.

Your bank often tells us more than "restaurant" or "shopping." We now use that detail, so things like restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, fuel, parking, pharmacies, phone and internet bills, streaming, clothing, and insurance get their own category instead of a generic one.
Developer tools, health insurers, tuition payments, and tax payments are now recognized too.

Merchant names in the app and in your CSV export are cleaner: bank reference numbers, timestamps, and leftover Zelle and ACH text are stripped out, and Lyft, Amazon, Apple, Uber Eats, and Google Fi now show up correctly.
When two of your accounts share the same name, new rows now carry the last four digits so you can tell them apart.

The CSV export has a new Sheet Transaction ID column that matches the ID already in your spreadsheet, so you can match a row in the export to the row in your sheet.
