One click updates every spreadsheet, and stale rows clean themselves up

Clicking Update now updates every spreadsheet that needs it in one go, and leaves a record of what it did. A row for a transaction your bank later withdrew no longer lingers in your spreadsheet forever.

One click, every spreadsheet

  • Update everything in one click. If you have more than one spreadsheet due for a template update, you used to click Update separately on each one. One click now takes care of all of them; anything that does not finish in time picks up on the next scheduled sync.
  • The click leaves a record. Your activity feed and sync history now show a line for what an Update click did, instead of the button just going quiet once it finishes.

Rows for transactions that never happened

  • A withdrawn pending charge no longer lingers in your spreadsheet. Banks sometimes report a pending transaction and then take it back before it posts. Sheetful had already written that row into your spreadsheet by then, and it used to stay there for good, padding your totals. It is now cleared out automatically on a later sync.

Smaller things

  • Opening a dashboard page that does not exist now shows a proper "page not found" screen instead of a generic error screen.
